Biography

Pavel Talankin is a Russian documentary filmmaker and educator, born in 1991 in the industrial town of Karabash in the Ural region. His work combines intimate personal storytelling with political observation.

Before entering the international film scene, Talankin worked extensively with schools, educational communities, and documentary video production.
